• Greet guests, communicate professionally, and document incidents and daily notes.
• Coordinate bed assignments, meal and break schedules, and routine shelter operations.
• Collaborate with case managers and partners to support residents' housing goals.
• Adhere to schedules and participate in ongoing training and HMIS data entry.
