Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northwest California seeks a Participant Advocate to support shelter and service center operations, assisting participants with daily living needs in a housing-first, trauma-informed approach. You will help with intake, documentation, and referrals while promoting dignity and respect in interactions.

The role entails working shifts across locations, collaborating with staff, and maintaining compliance with program expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or HSE required.
• CPR and First Aid certification to be completed within six months of transfer/hiring.

Responsibilities

• Provide service center operations support to ensure an environment of health, safety, respect, and dignity.
• Maintain environment for successful service provision and communal interaction.
• Complete required forms and assist with program intake and HMIS data entry.
• Build relationships with partner agencies to facilitate referrals.
