Job summary

The Archway seeks a part-time Client Advocate to join our shelter team, walking alongside survivors to reclaim safety and stability. You will support residents through crisis and transition, helping create an environment where healing can begin.

You will handle intake, daily living assistance, and ensure accurate documentation, while maintaining safety checks and shelter coverage with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living needs
• Conduct intake assessments and resident orientations
• Maintain accurate, timely client documentation
• Prepare rooms for new residents
• Conduct regular safety checks throughout the facility
• Provide general shelter coverage with minimal supervision
