Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Nashville to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory security experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities include staffing, training, compliance, payroll, incident reporting, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll-related tasks, review incident reports, and assist security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations; contribute to post orders.
