Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing where required, and supervisory experience in security. The position offers hourly compensation of $20.00 per hour and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any required state training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One or more of the following: military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, supervisory security experience, or an associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions (staffing, scheduling, training) for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement.
• Regularly inspect security staff and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those supervised.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
• Suggest security surveys and post orders and actions as needed.
