Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel, with a pay rate of $22 per hour.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing readiness, and at least one year of supervisory security experience. Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal/pre-set level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
