Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor responsible for the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes oversight of staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate supervisory experience in security-related field.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and writing skills.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or predefined level by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and deliver disciplinary or commendation actions.
