Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the security operations at a client site, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality service. The position manages staffing, training, scheduling, and incident response while coordinating with on-site management.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of supervisory security experience, with pay at $19.46 per hour and a 2 PM–10 PM, Sunday–Thursday shift.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company-owned or client vehicle
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security-related industry or an associate’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all on-site security functions are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting personnel and performance.
• Perform payroll review and incident report maintenance; assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions or commendations.
