Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance on site.

The ideal candidate should have supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or higher, and the ability to pass state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for all Allied Universal personnel on site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their performance on shift.
• Perform payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction regarding duties of personnel.
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders.
