Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for an office building in Nashville, TN. The role oversees the delivery of security services on a Monday–Friday morning shift, acting as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers to ensure quality coverage.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of security supervisory experience, armed credentials preferred (Taser eligible), and a clean driving record. Pay rate is $20.50 per hour, with benefits and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years of age.
• Must have at least 2+ years of Security Professional Experience.
• Armed qualified with Taser (Able to obtain upon hire).
• Must have a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Policy Requirements.
• Must have 1+ years of Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Qualified (Able to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety protocols.
