Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training of personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or per policy.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.
• Suggest security surveys and updates to post orders.
