Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a part-time Professional Security Shift Supervisor for Saturdays and Sundays, 6am-6pm, in Raleigh. The role involves supervising security staff on the shift, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, strong communication, and reliable reporting and crisis-handling abilities. Driving requirements and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional interaction with all levels of personnel and public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
