Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• HS diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and oral communication; professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol pre-employment testing.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services for the client.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions within policy.
• Prepare written reports and logs.
