Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor in Apex, NC to oversee security operations at client sites, monitor areas, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible presence.

You will deliver excellent customer service, communicate with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment while upholding site policies and emergency procedures.

This is a full-time role with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour and a schedule that includes daytime shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
