Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift in Durham, NC. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the account team, and ensure delivery of quality services on Sundays through Wednesdays, 3pm-11pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
