Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a high-profile client site. The Shift Supervisor will oversee security, direct staff, enforce post orders, and ensure compliance on the assigned shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 1+ year of security experience. Part-time, Saturdays and Sundays 6 am–6 pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year verifiable security experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher or military/police background may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding performance of their duties.
• Cross-training officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security personnel on shift.
• Ensure contract required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or predefined level.
