Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for Saturday and Sunday 10:00pm-6:00am at our Shipping and Receiving facility. The role supervises security staff during the shift, coordinating with site supervisors and account managers to ensure delivery of quality services.

Qualified candidates are at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), and possess strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and customer service at all times.
