Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking the Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at the assigned client site. The supervisor acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager and field operations, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Part Time: Saturday and Sunday 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of Security Supervisor Experience.
• Must have an active Armed (MDHG) Guard card.
• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Coordinate training and ensure officers receive appropriate training.
