Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and coordinate quality service for a specific client. The role runs Sunday to Wednesday, 3pm to 11pm, and is a full-time position paying $22 per hour.

You will supervise security officers, liaise with the account team, and ensure effective incident response. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a history of reliable shift leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving position requirements: valid license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate quality services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Handle crises calmly and efficiently at client sites.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication.
