Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR and Basic First Aid certifications.
• Onsite bloodborne pathogen training within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic troubleshooting or handyman experience for urgent maintenance needs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Successful completion of all required background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations: Patrols, access control and rapid incident response.
• Emergency Medical Response: Primary first responder with CPR/First Aid until EMS arrives.
• Responsive Maintenance Support: Address urgent maintenance issues and assist campus tasks.
• Incident Documentation and Communication: Document incidents and outcomes in CM’s system.
• Confidentiality and Compliance: Uphold HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Interact professionally with residents, staff and visitors.
