You will document in the EHR, assist with ADLs, monitor health changes, and provide emotional support, contributing to a safe and compassionate environment. Qualifications include NC Med Tech and CNA certifications, at least 1 year as a CNA preferred, and strong

• Current North Carolina Med Tech certification.
• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Minimum of one year experience as a CNA preferred.
• Proven ability to administer medications safely and accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and caring attitude toward the elderly.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist residents with medications as prescribed and in accordance with policies and state regulations.
• Document medication administration and resident health information in the EHR.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Contribute to a safe, compassionate environment.
