KRE Security LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable Scheduling Coordinator for our Hamburg, PA office. This part-time, on-site role runs Saturday–Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with starting pay of $20.00/hour.

The position requires in-office presence and offers opportunities for advancement and ongoing training. You will create and manage staff schedules, communicate with teams, and coordinate coverage for open shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple locations.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management by phone and email.
• Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts.
• Resolve scheduling issues with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Work with Recruiting and Operations to support staffing needs.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
