Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care in a SNF, serving as weekend supervisor Fri–Sun with 12‑hour shifts. You’ll support admissions, communicate with families, and guide nursing staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Required RN licensure, CPR, and prior geriatric experience; candidates should demonstrate strong bedside manner and teamwork in a post‑acute setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF with long-term and short-term residents and families.
• Familiar with admissions processes for SNF.
• Pleasant bedside manner for residents and guests.
• Supportive and empowering approach with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and services in collaboration with the care team.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Communicate with families to ensure high quality care and service.
• Provide guidance to nursing staff and support unit operations.
