Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking an RN Supervisor for our skilled nursing neighborhood, with weekend shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will supervise all nursing care, coordinate assignments, and assist in evaluating staff in a supportive, non-profit senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel performance.
