Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate assignments and schedules, and assist the Director of Nursing in performance evaluations.

This is a weekend 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, with at least two years of supervisory nursing experience and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years supervisory nursing experience.
• Current or eligible for CPR certification.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel.
