Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Currently licensed RN in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and professionalism on the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and Life Care standards.
