Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care through collaborative effort.
• Assist patients daily to evaluate quality of care provided.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs/reporting.
• Assess patients' needs and develop plans of care.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Assist in patient evacuation when needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance and professional judgment.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
