Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring an RN Supervisor for the 3PM–11PM shift to coordinate patient care across the nursing team in a post-acute setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

The incumbent will supervise licensed staff and CNAs, assess patient needs, and develop care plans while maintaining high standards of service and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• RN license must be active and in good standing.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience, geriatrics preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and services to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Lead licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient needs.
• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Promote excellent customer service and positive patient relations.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.
• Ensure confidentiality of information.
• Follow company policies and complete compliance training.
