Job summary
Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend shifts to support the Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on delivering efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and maintaining patient and employee satisfaction during designated weekend hours.

Qualifications
- Current state nursing licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and safety guidelines.
- Responsible and compassionate with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.
Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care.
- Collaborate with physicians to create care plans and assist during procedures.
- Maintain complete healthcare records and reports including PCC.
- Supervise and train GNAs and LPNs on staff.
- Administer medications and provide emergency medical care when necessary.
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness within the facility.
- Coordinate staffing with DON to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor work performance and ensure timely services to patients/residents.
- Ensure a respectful, team-oriented environment for staff and residents.
