Job summary

Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for weekend shifts (7a-11p) to lead nursing operations and coordinate care across units. The RN Supervisor partners with the DON and medical director to ensure quality clinical outcomes and patient-family satisfaction.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and prior supervision of GNA’s and LPNs in a nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Current state nursing licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience supervising GNA’s and LPNs in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess needs to provide quality care.
• Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures.
• Maintain complete healthcare records in PCC and other systems.
• Supervise, manage, and train GNA’s and LPN's on staff.
• Administer medications and injections and provide emergency medical care when necessary.
• Collaborate with DON and maintain staffing coverage to limit overtime.
