Lunar Healthcare at Copper Ridge is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility. The RN Supervisor will oversee clinical operations during designated shifts, ensure compliance with policies, and act as a liaison among units, the DON, ADON, and medical staff.
Must be COVID vaccinated and licensed in the state. The role involves supervising LPNs and GNAs, coordinating care plans, maintaining records, and promoting patient
Qualificações
- Active RN license in the state.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience supervising GNA and LPN in a nursing home setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination required per CMS guidelines.
Responsabilidades
- Observe residents' health and assess needs to provide quality care.
- Collaborate with physicians to create care plans and assist during procedures.
- Maintain complete healthcare records.
- Supervise and train LPNs and GNAs on staff.
- Administer medications and injections as required.
- Ensure staffing coverage and limit overtime/agency use.
- Notify attending physician and family of significant health changes.
- Investigate patient/family complaints and resolve.
- Maintain facility hygiene and safety standards.
