Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Texas.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement care plans per policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and serve as staff nurse when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely transcription of orders.
• Lead shift communications and ensure clear care needs reporting.
• Enforce infection control and safe work practices.
• Coordinate staffing to respond to shortages.
• Investigate incidents and complete reports.
• Monitor lab orders and physician follow-up.
