Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff during weekend shifts in Texas.

You will ensure quality resident care, coordinate medication management, and uphold safety and infection control standards while fostering teamwork. The role requires an active Texas RN license, strong clinical and documentation skills, and the ability to manage busy weekend workloads with calm, professional leadership.

• Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: Monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
