Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts and assign duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders as needed.
• Implement care plans in accordance with policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments.
• Transcribe physician orders promptly and maintain accurate records.
