Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, coordinate medication management, implement care plans, and maintain accurate documentation across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, and remains composed during emergencies.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the State of Texas.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay composed during emergencies and manage workflow.
• Passion for quality resident care and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and delegate duties based on census and staffing.
• Oversee medication management and reorders.
• Implement care plans per policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments.
• Transcribe physician orders and maintain accurate records.
• Lead shift communication and report on care needs.
• Ensure infection control and safe work practices.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and respond to shortages.
• Investigate incidents and document results.
• Monitor lab orders, results, and physician follow-up.
