Mercy Health – St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital in Boardman, OH is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) RN to deliver exceptional nursing care and coordinate patient needs across units. The role emphasizes assessment, care planning, and contributing to a safe, healing environment.

The Weekend Program offers differential pay for weekend shifts, with opportunities to take additional shifts Monday–Thursday at base pay. Requires RN license in Ohio, BLS; ACLS preferred within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• BLS Basic Life Support required; ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred or must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments and services.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per hospital policies.

Formation

Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred, not required)
