Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our caring team in Florida. The RN will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, and ensure timely assessments and documentation. You will support physicians, manage care plans, and monitor residents for changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and collaborate with IDT.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Ensure baseline and ongoing assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for physician rounds and document findings for review.
• Initiate referrals as appropriate and perform nursing documentation and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and facility policies.
• Monitor residents for changes and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
