Harborview-Health-Center-Sarasota is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care in a faith-based, resident-focused facility in Sarasota, Florida. The role involves supervising RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides, and ensuring timely resident assessments and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in good standing and has a mindset geared toward caregiving excellence in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
