Harborview Health Systems in Florida is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor to lead clinical operations in a faith-based setting that focuses on caring for caregivers and residents. The role includes supervising RN/LPN charge nurses, coordinating medications and treatments, and ensuring safe, compassionate care.

Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing in Florida and have experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments and oversee RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
