Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Florida is seeking a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, oversee admissions and resident care, and ensure safe, timely documentation.

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong documentation and communication with teams and families.

Responsibilities

Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses and CNAs.
Complete admissions and routine resident assessments.
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes.
Support activities of daily living.
Maintain clear, timely documentation.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
