Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Florida. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for all 3p-11p shifts and top pay and benefits in a positive work environment.

You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, complete assessments on time, prepare for physician rounds, and manage nursing documentation and care plans. FL license required; LTC experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
