Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the IDT to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Ensure baseline and periodic assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for physician rounds and document concerns for review.
• Initiate referrals or consultations as needed for resident care.
• Complete medical documentation, evaluations, and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within policy and standards.
• Monitor residents and notify providers of changes in condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
