Harborview Health Systems in Florida is seeking an RN/LPN to join our faith-based organization, delivering medications, monitoring residents, and supporting daily living activities in a skilled nursing setting. You must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing in Florida.

Responsibilities

Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Support activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
