Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking registered nurses to join as independent contractors serving military personnel in California, primarily on weekends with some weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). You will review health histories, conduct interviews, support health assessments, and document readiness classifications in the service member’s medical record system.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Unrestricted RN license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record system.
