DOCS Health in California is seeking registered nurses to partner as independent contractors delivering health readiness services to military members.

This role mainly works weekends with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the state, on an as-needed basis.

You will perform health assessments, review medical histories and questionnaires, interview service members, and document results in our proprietary system.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Certification: CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.

Aufgaben

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using the proprietary system.
