Job summary

DOCS Health in Texas is seeking Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors providing health readiness services for military members. Duty mainly on weekends with some weekdays under the RHRP, for a range of reserve and guard components.

Responsibilities include health assessments, history review, and readiness documentation, with an emphasis on timely, accurate data entry. Minimum RN degree with CPR/BLS, 2 years of clinical experience, and an unrestricted USRN license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Ability to remain calm under high-stress conditions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify medical concerns and readiness.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record.
