Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking registered nurses to join as independent contractors providing health readiness services to U.S. military personnel in Washington.

The role centers on weekend work with occasional weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). You will assess health histories, review records, interview service members, identify urgent concerns (including behavioral health), and document results in the medical record using our system.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited registered nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state, territory, or Commonwealth.
• CPR and BLS certifications are required.
• Willingness to work weekends and respond to on-demand needs.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
