Job summary

DOCS Health seeks Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors to deliver health readiness services to military service members in Massachusetts. The role primarily covers weekend shifts with occasional weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), on an as-needed basis.

Requirements include an ADN/BSN, CPR/BLS certification, 2+ years of RN experience, and an unrestricted state license. Background checks and E-Verify are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited registered nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in a US state, territory, or Commonwealth.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health and document results in the medical record using the proprietary system.
