Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to partner as independent contractors, delivering health readiness services to military service members.

We primarily operate on weekends with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Maryland, supporting US Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Forces Reserve, Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve.

Qualifications

• RN must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records; interview service members.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health.
• Document interview results in the medical record using the proprietary system.
