Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a dedicated RN or LPN to join our senior care team in Palestine, TX. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to assess residents and develop nursing plans while supporting fellow staff in delivering compassionate care.

You will participate in evaluations, documentation, and administrative duties, helping residents maintain health and quality of life. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment, paid after 30-60-90 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience providing direct patient care in senior care settings is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Assisting in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Providing mentorship to team members and supporting career growth.
• Completing medical forms, charts and administrative duties for assigned residents.
